How are Arva Natura oils made?
Our oils are traditionally wooden-pressed at controlled temperatures from carefully selected and graded seeds. No chemicals are added and the oil is not refined or deodourised.
How should I store the oil?
Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and steam. Use clean, dry utensils each time.
Why does my coconut oil look solid?
Unrefined coconut oil solidifies below roughly 24°C. That is normal. Stand the bottle in warm water for a few minutes to liquefy it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered in 3–7 working days depending on your location.
