Because edible oil is a consumable, we can only accept returns where the product arrived damaged, leaked, or was the wrong item.
Raising a request
- Write to hello@arvanatura.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photographs of the parcel and bottle
- Keep the packaging until the request is resolved
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Replacements are dispatched as soon as the request is approved.
